The Filipino Community of Oxfordshire is a not-for-profit community organisation. The officers of FilCom Oxford undertake their duties on a purely voluntary basis and receive no payment other than the reimbursement of any expenses incurred.

The Community relies on donations and sponsorship to finance events.
