Guest of Honour at the opening ceremony was Philippine Ambassador to the UK, HE Antonio M. Lagdameo. The Oath of Sportmanship was administered by Mr David Smith. Entertainment was provided by singer Elisa Arceo Hall.

Both the opening and the closing of the event were covered by ABS-CBN.

Entertainment was provided at the Awarding Ceremony by Sally Maneclang and the awards were presented by FilCom Oxford Chairman, Ariel Lanada.

Our grateful thanks to them all.  Ariel Lanada wishes to extend his thanks to referees: Rene Reyes and Jake Monte and table officals: Jorge Marticio and Joey Julianda, Jan Hernaez for the decorations and also to the many officers and helpers who gave their time, expertise and assistance during the Festival, without their generous support and help the event would not have been possible.
