Welcome to our 4th Filipino General Assembly on March 15, 2008 from 8 am till 5 pm at the Lecture Theatre 1, Tingewick Hall of the John Radcliffe Hospital, Headington, Oxford, United Kingdom, OX3 9DU.
We have invited the Philippine Embassy in London to provide consular outreach services here on Oxfordshire on that day. You can renew your Philippine passport and apply for dual citizenship.
You will be attended on a first-come first-serve basis. Upon arrival at the Tingewick hall, kindly register your name and get a priority number from the registration committee table.
Please note the following requirements for passport renewal: 1. old passport. 2. completed passport application form (available on that day). 3. 3 identical passport size photos on white background, without glasses and taken within the last 6 months. 4. fee is £36.00 for 32 pages and £43.00 for 64 pages.
A child of a Filipino citizen is a Filipino citizen wherever the child is born and is entitled to a Philippine passport.
The following are the requirements for children applying for Philippine passports: 1. completed passport application form (available on that day). 2. original and 3 clear photocopies of birth certificate (showing both parents name). 3. 3 recent passport sized photos on white background, taken within the last 6months. 4. 3 completed report birth forms. 5. 3 photocopies of the data page of the parent’s valid passport. 6. fee is £36.00 for a 32 page passport and £43 for a 64 page passport plus £18.00 for the report of birth. 7. a late registration fee of £18.00 is required if the child had been born for more than a year.
For those who are not yet members of our Filipino Community of Oxfordshire, you could also process your membership on that day. Kindly inform any member of our registration committee. Kindly bring 2 passport sized photos and we will provide you with a laminated I.D. card for free.
